For the amount of things I put into this bag it still feels light. Sits perfectly on my shoulder. The only thing is that the fabric outside get dirty easily. One thing I do wish is that it had little hooks to put bag charms on.
First class service all round; cannot fault; from ordering to receiving; as it were bought as a gift for my granddaughter for Christmas I cannot review the item itself; but knowing my granddaughter; she'll love it;
