This bag was purchased for my daughter for a bag for uni. Thought it was a basic bag until it was received. It’s like the tardis (lol) larger on the inside than expected. Would definitely recommend this bag. Room for everything but the kitchen sink.

IDK how the heck she build the straps so well. Like no matter what I put in my bag, it just doesn’t hurt my shoulders. I’ve had it for a couple of months now and the quality is impeccable. I have never bought anything from a company on Instagram before, so I was a bit hesitant to buy it from cloud nine. However, I was proven wrong! Customer service is amazing and nice with fast replies when you have questions. The bag also has a very high quality and a soft inside. My laptop cover which is big and bulky (15’ in size) fits perfectly. The delivery was very fast too. I ordered it on a Monday, and it arrived the next Monday despite me being in Sweden. Really recommend this bag and company!

The bag is extreme good quality and you can tell the designers thought about making the bag as practical as possible. The color is beautiful and i also LOVE the thick straps, they make it so comfortable to wear also! It doesnt hurt to carry the bag at all, even if its full. Im very happy with it!
